Eoin O'Donnell
Eoin O'Donnell was educated near Lausanne, Switzerland in hotel, resort & restaurant.
He worked in 5 Star & Palace Hotels in France & Switzerland.
Eoin moved to the United States and managed NoMI Restaurant in the Park Hyatt Hotel on Michigan Avenue.
He was the Food & Beverage Director at Conrad Hilton Hotel on Michigan Avenue, and the Food & Beverage Director at Indian Lakes Resort in Bloomingdale, Illinois.
Mid 2010, Eoin advanced with First Hospitality Group to become the Regional Director of Food & Beverage.
Eoin currently oversees the food & beverage effort in 45 hotels and a handful of restaurants, including Salsa 17.
Eoin earned his Sommelier certification in 2005.
Eoin's positive energy is contagious, he loves food & wine, and we are honored to have Eoin as an integral member of our team.
